6. Position expectoration, make the diseased lung in a high position, drain the bronchial opening direction downwards, and encourage the sputum to drain out of the trachea by gravity. If the lesion is in the lower lobe, lingual lobe or middle lobe, take the head low and the feet high, lying slightly to the contralateral side; if it is in the upper lobe, adopt a sitting position or other appropriate posture to facilitate sputum drainage;

7. Take drugs, such as thick sputum, the effect of using phlegm-reducing drugs is more obvious, and the sputum is easy to be discharged after dilution; atomized inhalation of bronchial relaxation drugs to promote sputum discharge, etc.
